Couples and individuals on the West Coast who are interested in becoming parents or surrogates have convenient access to the Burlingame office of our surrogacy agency, which is just 16 miles south of San Francisco, California. Our 1,100-square-foot facility is located directly across the street from the Caltrain station. This location offers consultations and hosts events throughout the year.

Promise Surrogacy was founded in 1995 by John Weltman, lawyer and dad through surrogacy. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Promise Surrogacy has an office in downtown Burlingame, CA, easily accessed from San Francisco and other California cities.
Promise offers support and services for potential parents and surrogates from all over the United States – as well as potential parents from around the world. Our California surrogacy agency office supports intended parents and surrogates from California and the west coast, as well as international intended parents. It is not a requirement to live near your surrogacy agency since you will likely never have the need to visit, however if you live in the western part of the country, you can easily visit us in Burlingame.
